Does JD Sports offer curbside pickup or in-store pickup?

Yes, JD Sports offers free in-store pickup on many items. When shopping online, just choose 'Pick Up In Store' at checkout to see if your item is available at a location near you. You'll get an email when your order is ready, usually within a few hours.

At this time, curbside pickup isn't available at most JD Sports stores. Orders need to be picked up inside at the designated pickup counter.

What payment methods are accepted at JD Sports stores?

JD Sports stores accept a variety of payment options for your convenience. These include: Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

My experience at JD sports recently was night and day from my previous experiences. After the way I was treated around the holidays, I had no intentions on returning to this location. However, I was in a crunch and needed a pair of shoes quickly. When I arrived I was greeted by staff immediately and asked if needed help finding anything. I told them what I needed they got it to me quickly and I was in and out. Speaking with the new store manager, I believe he said his name was Jason. Really nice guy and very knowledgeable about the company and shoes. After this experience I feel he may have been the missing piece this store needed. The whole atmosphere was a positive vibe, he's a keeper!

Niya employee# 0075555 was very helpful with my return order today where i received 2 different pair of shoes instead of the ones i wanted. She and the other younger blonde lady (sorry I didn’t catch her name) apologized for there other employees behalf multiple times over and gave me a much better experience of JD then what I received initially from the other employees. I was greeted, my concerns were heard, my problems were resolved, and I left having a better opinion of JD than my other first interaction with other employees. Any business owner would be grateful to have an employee like Niya and the other young lady with her.

Niya, the manager on duty, was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely kind throughout our visit. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt taken care of. Her associate was just as patient and professional, never showing any frustration despite all the questions we had. Great customer service all around, definitely a great experience at JD Sports in Fort Smith.

We did run into a complication with my account and my rewards, but she called customer service and got it all figured out for me. She was absolutely amazing.
