I strongly suggest asking questions on purchasing ! Wasn’t informed that the shoes were final sale until after I made a purchase. Bought a pair of shoes for my daughter on the first for her birthday on the following day. So she wasn’t present to try the shoes on or etc. After buying the shoes I was informed that the shoes I purchased was final sale after transaction was made. I would have never bought them knowing that taking a chance unsure of her being able to fit them. For as the fellas that helped me are superb in their service and helping. Just wish I was told before purchasing at this store ! Beyond that the men on the floor were professional with assisting. And management could learn better communication skills when talking on the phone due to concerns had.
