At this time, curbside pickup isn't available at most JD Sports stores. Orders need to be picked up inside at the designated pickup counter.

I first went to JD‘s in California. I absolutely love this store. They let me know they were actually opening some in AZ! I finally got to check the store out at the Tanger outlets in Glendale. We finally found the shoes we were looking for my 5 year old nephew! Even though the store was really busy the customer service was fantastic. They let us know that that they would get to us as soon as possible. When they got to us, they said it would be about 5 minutes till they bring out the shoes, which we totally understood because the store was busy. It was nice to at least be acknowledged and taken care of and the shoes came out faster than 5 minutes. I highly recommend JD because they have a lot of unique stuff that other shoes and clothing the other stores do not have. I know they’re taking over Finish Line which is great because they were lacking customer service there at the Arrowhead location. We will for sure be back and continue to recommend JD’s.
