Does JD Sports offer curbside pickup or in-store pickup?

Yes, JD Sports offers free in-store pickup on many items. When shopping online, just choose 'Pick Up In Store' at checkout to see if your item is available at a location near you. You'll get an email when your order is ready, usually within a few hours.

At this time, curbside pickup isn't available at most JD Sports stores. Orders need to be picked up inside at the designated pickup counter.

What payment methods are accepted at JD Sports stores?

JD Sports stores accept a variety of payment options for your convenience. These include: Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

Donte' was, in a word, AWESOME. I purchased a pair of Air Max 90, a half a size too small from the Livermore Outlet (Finish Line) and I did not desire to drive back. So, I called Vintage to see if they would assist me with the exchange. Donte' readily gave me the requirements and what I needed and even said he would see me soon. Upon my arrival, not only did he have me in and out in 15 minutes but he also said the taxes were less, so I got a $1.37 refund! Not a lot of money, but these days, every little bit is a help plus he saved me gas money. Thank YOU, Donte'. You were an absolutely perfect example of Best Practice and I desired to take the time to document my sincere appreciation!

Shopped here for summer clothes and found me some good deals. Requested some socks off the manikin up front which they no longer carried. they went above and beyond by taking them off and handed me the one pair is all I needed.

Went to JD to exchange shoes that finish line in Livermore sold us. (They were not the right shoe we asked for) Anyway, Aiesha whom i believe to be a manager apologized profusly for something she had no control over. They were quick, and kind and got us in and out. Great customer service. Will shop their in future instead of driving over an hour to outlet malls!
