What can I say. I always come to this exact store to purchase all my sneakers. I drive from fremont. The customer service is exceptional. But this time Isaak went above and beyond for me I forgot my receipt and I wasn’t able to find it. He looked it up, found it for me and it was able to exchange a shoe for me. What a gentleman what a guy if you guys are looking for a great customer service to buy some sneakers you gotta ask for him.

Pulled up to JD Sports not really knowing what I wanted, but the staff came through heavy. Super chill, helpful, and didn’t make it feel like one of those pressure type stores. They actually cared about making sure I left with something I liked. Big shoutout to the manager and staff too real cool energy and you can tell they keep the place running smooth. The whole team had good vibes all around. Appreciate the service, I’ll definitely be back.

Called the store to locate and item to be shipped. Issac located the item and said it would be shipped out as soon as possible. Hoping for a satisfactory service.

Great but it's expensive (best shop if discounts are there)

This was my first time shoe shopping at JD, and I was worried about the level of service after reading so many negative reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised, and this was all because of Bryson. He saw me and my wife from a distance and sprung into action and asked if there was anything he could help us find. He knew exactly what I was looking for, and even options I had no idea were available when it came to colors and styles. He worked quickly and efficiently while multitasking and helping other customers as well. I couldn't be more pleased with the way Bryson handled my shoe shopping needs. I think the value here is great as well, $100 for a pair of classic Adidas Sambas, that are pretty hard to find anywhere else. The cashier was very nice too, but unfortunately I didn't catch her name. Overall, my experience at JD was great, and I'll definitely come back the next time I need some sick kicks! Once again, I gotta give a big shout out to the main man Bryson, you're lucky if he's there when you're at JD sports.

This spot doesn't have the biggest selection but it is really well curated. I've gotten more cool sportswear here than any other bigger stores

Great discount tennis shoes

I came here on December 21st, 2023 to get two to four pairs of shoes and some apparel. The sad part was I knew what I wanted just standing in the shoe section waiting to be approached for assistance. I saw so many people on the floor who worked there but walking around and some not assisting anyone. They tried to look like they were busy walking in and out of a door which was in a corner of the mens shoe side. I tried to stop and asked this one male if he could help me, he hears me (side eyed me) but continued on, ignored me and walks into the door. I'm still standing there to see if he will come back out and see if he could help me, NOPE walks out a minute later totally avoiding me and just continues walking around. I finally got help when I had to ask a female if she could help me who was ALREADY helping someone else and she did help me. I needed two air forces for Christmas gifts and she got it done in under a minute. I still needed to shop on the mens apparel side for jeans and hoodies which I did, but if it wasn't for her, I would of left and not come back. Why would I want to spend nearly $400 to $500 dollars at a shop begging someone to help me, if I can't get that service here, I'm happy to give my money to another shop that would be attentive to my needs. If I experience something like that again, I won't shop there in the future.
