Tomar is the man! He’s super helpful and super knowledgeable, he helps me every time I’m in there! I went in today to grab a pair that released today and met a guy who I believed name was Gavin. He had piercings, dark hair and tall. I asked if they had a pair in my size and he said no, he didn’t even bother to check. I then asked him if they had a size for my girlfriend and he rolled his eyes, turned around and called for it in the back. They did her size and we checked out. I then saw Tomar and asked him if they had my size to double check and he went to the back and looked and said we have the size! Just disappointed with the lack of interest to satisfy a guest.

My mom & i were getting assistance with a shoe from a blonde hair boy looks like a teenager. He yelled at me twice for asking for help/ about the shoe specifically. never been yelled at by a retail worker. manager was ok at handling the situation i dont think anything was resolved though. 3 stars only because the woman at check out who really apologized & made me feel welcomed.

I had a great experience. Employees and manger were super helpful and friendly. Needed help deciding between what color of a shoe I should get and I went with what one of the workers recommended. Couldn't be happier with the decision. Will be stopping by on my next pay day to get the other pair.

Came into buy some new sneakers and KAYLA gave us amazing service!! Joyful and quick to get us our sizes she made the buying expierence so nice!!
