I have never been to this store since it opened, but I had an issue with an online order I had placed. I tried resolving the issue with customer service and they were giving me outrageous solutions. Decided to go into the store, because I was not coming to a solution with customer service. Could not be happier with the resolution the employees offered in store. First off the entire staff working today was so friendly and so helpful. I didn’t catch all their names but they were all great. Tyrone assisted me in fixing this issue with the online order. The issue was a unique situation, and I give him a lot of credit for how he handled it. He assisted me in getting the correct item, and handled it pretty quickly. The store really did make it so painless and easy to fix an issue that they didn’t even cause. They truly showed what customer service means, which is so rare now and days. Any other store would have probably told me to call customer service again. Not this location they truly went above and beyond to help me rectify this issue. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking to purchase new sneakers. The staff there is attentive and eager to help, they make it painless to want to shop in their store.
