Does JD Sports offer curbside pickup or in-store pickup?

Yes, JD Sports offers free in-store pickup on many items. When shopping online, just choose 'Pick Up In Store' at checkout to see if your item is available at a location near you. You'll get an email when your order is ready, usually within a few hours.

At this time, curbside pickup isn't available at most JD Sports stores. Orders need to be picked up inside at the designated pickup counter.

I didnt know there was a JD Sports in the Destin commons, I usually go to Bass Pro Shops for fishing but I was walking down and saw a shoe store. This one nice Asian lady named Jana helped me out and as well greeted me when I walked in. Wasn’t expecting to buy anything but with her customer service I bought a pair of shoes and as well as the cleaner. Thank you Jana for helping me out, will definitely be back to shop!

I went the other day and realized the store manager changed. Her name is Jana vu I think, she was so sweet and gave one of the best costumer service I ever had. The store was so clean and kept up. I’m so glad the store manager changed, I love it already. The displays were also very good

My recent visit to JD Sports in Destin on 8/3/25 was chaotic. Customers were yelling at overwhelmed associates who were doing their best, and management was nowhere to be found. We almost walked out until until one of the associates, Gavin stepped in. He immediately helped me and my family, listened to our needs, and offered clear, helpful options. For someone so young, his professionalism and calm under pressure really stood out. He absolutely deserves recognition.

I don’t know anything about shoes and what’s trendy but the manager Josh completely took care of that for me. I know how tough it is to buy for teens and he helped me make sure my teenage son was fresh for his birthday. Very kind, accommodating, and knowledgeable with shoes. See him if you need help!
