Does JD Sports offer curbside pickup or in-store pickup?

Yes, JD Sports offers free in-store pickup on many items. When shopping online, just choose 'Pick Up In Store' at checkout to see if your item is available at a location near you. You'll get an email when your order is ready, usually within a few hours.

At this time, curbside pickup isn't available at most JD Sports stores. Orders need to be picked up inside at the designated pickup counter.

What payment methods are accepted at JD Sports stores?

JD Sports stores accept a variety of payment options for your convenience. These include: Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

JD Sports gift cards and e-gift cards
Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other contactless payments

Can I reserve shoes online for pickup at JD Sports?

You can purchase shoes online and select Free In-Store Pickup if the style and size are available at a nearby store. Once your order is placed, the store will set aside your shoes and send you an email confirmation when they're ready.

Reservations aren't available without payment - you'll need to complete checkout online to hold the item.
Availability varies by store and product. If pickup isn't listed at checkout, that style isn't eligible.
Orders are usually held for a limited time, so be sure to pick them up promptly.

I didn’t know what a JD sports was until one day I randomly walked in. The variety of shoes fit my entire family is limitless. They had the perfect outfits to match which takes the hard work of guessing and running to extra stores with 3 kids on your hip out of the equation. Everything is clean and organized for easy access and well illuminated so I can see. The staff helped me bringing our multiple shoes for the kids and I to try even if we didn’t buy them all this didn’t get upset, the staff suggested comfortable options and helped with my baby who was over the whole experience, I enjoyed my experience here and have since been back the manager Alexa and her staff are exceptional I recommend shopping here

When i went into the store on Sunday to purchase a baby blue Nike tech set, and the employees were extremely helpful and attentive. I wanted to buy a pair of shoes to match the set, but they didn’t have my size in store so i decided to order them, and they arrived extremely quickly on Tuesday. Finally another shoe store at the falls! Something that has been missing for a long time. Great atmosphere and an extremely large selection of styles across all different brands. Have stopped in multiple times since the store opening and will say that it’s one of the friendliest staffed JD’s! Will be continuously stopping in on my free time!
