Yes, JD Sports offers free in-store pickup on many items. When shopping online, just choose 'Pick Up In Store' at checkout to see if your item is available at a location near you. You'll get an email when your order is ready, usually within a few hours.

At this time, curbside pickup isn't available at most JD Sports stores. Orders need to be picked up inside at the designated pickup counter.

Tommy and Colleen did an excellent job at the Orange Park Mall location in Florida. Great customer service from the beginning to end. Definitely shop again. *edit* Came back the next day to get socks that were on sale and Polo displayed excellent customer service the whole time I was there. Very knowledgeable on current and past shoes that helped out on choosing the right packs for the deal. Awesome staff as always with this store. Thanks again!!!

Probably the best customer service at any shoe store and the selection was very expansive. Jeremiah was top notch and helped my son and I find the perfect shoes for our budget without making us feel rushed or pressured.
