The order me exactly what I was looking, I was very impressed on how they took care of my needs...bravo Finish Line!!

I want to give a shout out to Arleth. Because of her we left w 5 items instead of 4. My son wanted a specific hoodie , we did not see his size on the rack plus it was hung up kinda high. We asked the nearest employee if they had his size in stock. She did not even bother to check and had a whole attitude like we were bothering her. All she said was "That's all we have" then continued to talk on her head piece regarding a pastry she had ordered. I asked for her name at check out and I was told it was Marlese. I went up to a other team member, since Marlese acted bothered by us, to ask if we could get that hoodie shipped to our house since it was not in stock. She said "Yes you can, what item is it?" We walked over to the hoodie and told her we needed an XL. Not only did she find his size but also grabbed a step stool for her to be able to reach. She scanned the item to make sure it was stocked. She didn't have to do that. I was ready to just order it online. But because of her actions we were able to purchase the hoodie in the store. I work in customer service and she went above and beyond compared to Marlese who didn't even bother to scan the item. Again, thank you Arleth.

Came in today for a pick up because my daughter got a notification it was ready. I come to the store and wait about 5 minutes before they told me it’s not ready. I came in at 12:30 about 5 other ppl shopping. There were 3 employees at the register and nobody was checking out. I had an employee tell me that I had to wait 20-30 minutes for one shoe because they are waiting for another team member to come in. Well when an employee name Julieza overheard she immediately stepped in and said I will go run and get the order. Within 3 minutes I had my shoe and out the door. This employee has helped me before in October when I went to buy a pair of Timberline boots and the had a black stain and she immediately fix them. I just want to give her recognition because with out her stepping up I was going to cancel that order.

Lakeith was very helpful in helping me finish the shoe size needed. He is a great worker and deserves to be recognized. Awesome team at finish line.

Bought a pair of Jordan Stadium 90's in Chicago black/red online. It was the best legitimate price going. I live in Elgin, IL. The shoes left Aurora, IL and I thought I'd have them in 2-3 days tops.. A week later I'm still waiting because the package seems to have gone on it's own epic adventure before coming back to Illinois.. So I'm watching FedEx tracking and from Aurora, it went to LaGrange, IL, then Middletown, CT, Gilead, OH Chicago, Carol Stream, IL which is about 30 min away so maybe they will arrive today?! Seems like Finish Line needs to revisit how they pull stock and ship product to save time and money?..

The staff are very friendly. They call other stores to check if shoes they have unavailable are available at their store. And if so, they would ask if they could place a hold on it for you.
