Yes, JD Sports offers free in-store pickup on many items. When shopping online, just choose 'Pick Up In Store' at checkout to see if your item is available at a location near you. You'll get an email when your order is ready, usually within a few hours.

At this time, curbside pickup isn't available at most JD Sports stores. Orders need to be picked up inside at the designated pickup counter.

Man oh men oh men!!!! Jazz was so helpful I drove from Indianapolis to grab a new release and my experience was absolutely great!! Her customer service is a 10 out of 10 and you can truly tell she cares about her customers I really appreciate her and she deserves a trophy!!

I came in today after a bad experience at SNIPES and DTLR and I’m just really happy with my purchase now and the service there. I had help from a young man with fairly long hair. He was so sweet and helpful and went back to get different shoes or sizes 3 times. It was relieving after the experience I had in the other stores. I was ready to go, but I needed a work shoe and finally I got that so I’m glad I came in.
