At this time, curbside pickup isn't available at most JD Sports stores. Orders need to be picked up inside at the designated pickup counter.

I came to give this location again i asked the tall light skin dude for dunks and he said he’ll bring them to me MIND YOU I dealt with him the last time I was in there and I didn’t even get shoes I just left , this time I watched him stand off in the clothes and talk on the phone and then flirt with a girl that came in and he never came back to help me! Thank goodness for that manager she was really nice and apologetic on behalf of his “service” and helped me a lot. She took over and was attentive so I ended up leaving with 2 pairs of shoes thanks to her service, but this is the 2nd time with the same dude it’s ridiculous I like this store and possibly would shop here again but some extra training has to be done with certain people!

Came here twice within the last month. Each employee has been terrific. Great customer service, greetings as soon as you walk in and good variety of shoes. Returns were a breeze.

I’m normally not a person to leave a review but today after the experience I had in JD sports today made me wanna leave a review. I went into the store today after I seeing a few shoes online I wanted to try on, from the moment I walked in the store the store manager Brian and his staff treated me amazing ! He was very patient and I didn’t feel rushed. He went above and beyond to help me out today and I truly appreciated that. I walked out with one pair of shoes and order two other pairs. I will definitely come back !
