I went to this location in National Harbour and was really SURPRISED ! I went to exchange some New Balance 530's that I ordered online because I recieved the wrong size. Unfortunately, they did not have that same shoe in my size but....the store manager immediately said he apologized and found an immediate solution for me! He said he could exchange them for any other color of the same style shoe even though the one I had ordered were the only ones on sale. I accepted that solution and was happy with my exchange! He showed professionalism, politeness, and an excellent willingness to help positive attitude! I usually don't write reviews but these few rare instances are the ones worth writing one for!! Yall need to go to this location and trust me...you will not be disappointed!! Keep up the AMAZING work over there!!
