Yes, JD Sports offers free in-store pickup on many items. When shopping online, just choose 'Pick Up In Store' at checkout to see if your item is available at a location near you. You'll get an email when your order is ready, usually within a few hours.

At this time, curbside pickup isn't available at most JD Sports stores. Orders need to be picked up inside at the designated pickup counter.

Came in to buy a pair of shoes and got treated with the best customer service, management is run perfect just like it’s supposed to be. I appreciated how organized the store was, and trying on shoes was easy with plenty of seating and mirrors. The prices were fair, and there were some solid sales going on too. I left with a comfortable new pair of shoes and plan to return when I need another pair.

I just wanted to give a 5 star to one of the best staffs that ever assisted me. First person I want to give thanks to is Edwin, as soon as I walked in he greeted me with a professional attitude and asked me if I needed any help to feel free to ask! Second, as I was shopping looking around for clothes I had an associate named Amari give me advice and fashion tips which I found very helpful. Lastly at the very end when I was checking out Martha and Malaia offered me cleaning products made sure that I was aware of the the store specials that the store was having so I wouldn’t miss out on anything! My overall experience in here was amazing and that is not me being biased. The employees here have charisma and character which nowadays I would say a lot of people are missing.
