I had an excellent experience at the JD Sports location at 1645 Pitkin Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11212, and I especially want to highlight the store manager, Rheid, for her outstanding leadership and customer service. Rheid has an incredible store presence. Even while multitasking with deliveries and supporting her team, she remained fully engaged and attentive while assisting me with finding footwear. She actively listened to what I was looking for, anticipated my needs, and made thoughtful, spot-on recommendations. She also suggested that I download the JD Sports app so I could accumulate points and stay updated on new releases, which I really appreciated. Rheid went above and beyond by helping me place an online order for a pair of New Balance silver metallic sneakers for delivery, as well as assisting me with a pair of gray and brown New Balance sneakers. Her knowledge, efficiency, and professionalism made the entire process seamless. The morale of the store truly stood out. The team was friendly, organized, and genuinely helpful, which speaks volumes about the environment Rheid has created. I also had great interactions with Dominique, Tamisha, Isiah, Lissette, Kayla T, and Kayla S—everyone was welcoming and professional. The store itself felt warm and inviting, with great music, great energy, and a well-organized layout. My best friend was shopping with me and shared that he is always assisted by Rheid and her team whenever he visits, which further reflects the consistency of their service. Overall, this JD Sports location delivers top-tier hospitality, professionalism, and customer care. I fully intend on returning soon and highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a great shopping experience.

Rheid and the crew there are real ones. On Christmas Eve, I needed two pairs of shoes that I needed immediately, and all of the crew led my Rheid made sure all of my needs were met on one of the busiest days of the year. The perfect example of customer service and my family got everything I needed on time for the holidays.

They have a lovely collection of pumas and their sneakers are very affordable. Well not all of them but they have lesser priced sneakers. The quality is great. I just bought me a pair the other day photo posted only paid fifty for them go cop up at JD’s

They have a great sneaker collection but the staff sucks I always spend more time than I need to in there because the staff aren’t around to assist so I can get out of there. Too busy talking to each other instead of getting ppl out of the door every single time I go in there

I love how concerning the workers are they are very helpful they help u for price range I need some shoes for 80-99 they helped me find some shoes so far I got 5 shoes and never had a problem with them. THANKS JD
