At this time, curbside pickup isn't available at most JD Sports stores. Orders need to be picked up inside at the designated pickup counter.

When at JD Sports we were taken such amazing care of. Corey and Kiki used the highest quality of Customer Service. We bought Hoka sneakers that could not be returned, but we needed to exchange them for a pair they did not carry so Jaylin the JD Store Supervisor with Kiki JD Store Manager suggested we try a men’s size. We were talking about some serious money. For the two of them to suggest us to try the fit in the men’s was more than a Brilliant AJ a store Advisor was more than assisting for this Success.
