Does JD Sports offer curbside pickup or in-store pickup?

Yes, JD Sports offers free in-store pickup on many items. When shopping online, just choose 'Pick Up In Store' at checkout to see if your item is available at a location near you. You'll get an email when your order is ready, usually within a few hours.

At this time, curbside pickup isn't available at most JD Sports stores. Orders need to be picked up inside at the designated pickup counter.

What payment methods are accepted at JD Sports stores?

I was wandering around the mall and saw this store and decided to stop in and take a look. A worker named Thomas immediately assisted me and when I saw a pair of shoes I liked, but weren’t in my size Thomas ran to the back and got them in my size almost immediately like he teleported. Came in for the Bred 4s and one of the workers Jack was wearing these burgundy shoes and he showed me the air max 1 section. I didn’t realize how big of a selection there was in this style. He helped me buy a pair and I gotta say they are one of the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever owned. 10/10 will be returning for the next 4 drop!

I have to say, the customer service at this establishment is next level. Workers such as Eduardo and Thomas "the exterminator" S (because he rids of any problems at hand) met my needs and went beyond them. It was bursting with customers in there and they still got my returns on time and assisted me in measuring my abnormally large foot, (size 11). This store also offers a great collection of clothing that can help me be best suited for any occasion. Weddings, fancy dinners, playing in my handicap rec league, dirty work, and just going to school, I will always have clothing from JD sports on me. Usually when I go to retail stores, the customer service is abysmal. This place is the contrary. I will be coming back, and I hope Thomas "the exterminator" S helps me satisfy my needs once again.

A very handsome fella named Mike R. helped me with all my issues while keeping a positive attitude. I took up a lot of his time and normally someone would progressively get annoyed, not Mike! This guy would've kept the store open til 2am if it meant satisfying my needs. I left that day with 4 bags and a smile on my face. I hope all employees can learn a thing or two from Mike R. He is a real game changer in the retail department.

Not only did the place provide that new car smell that you remember from being a kid walking into the shoe store with pops, but the staff was more attentive than a homeless man at a red light… instantly ready to come chat once you stopped. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, plus they got the fires.

I went to JD Sports at the Staten Island Mall today and Jack took care of me for my shoes including my size 12. He looked it up on the Internet to see whether they have my size available for me. I got what I wanted it. I walked out of the store satisfied. I got my Timberlands boots in color burgundy and my sneakers in blue. I will definitely comeback again.

I don’t usually write reviews but, I went in for a pair of basketball shoes not knowing the best ones to buy and employees were very helpful and friendly! Mike helped me pick out a pair and I was in and out very quick. Definitely will come back again!
