Yes, JD Sports offers free in-store pickup on many items. When shopping online, just choose 'Pick Up In Store' at checkout to see if your item is available at a location near you. You'll get an email when your order is ready, usually within a few hours.

At this time, curbside pickup isn't available at most JD Sports stores. Orders need to be picked up inside at the designated pickup counter.

I had a great first time experience here at JD today! The store manager was a delight to be around. Not only did she make me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in, but she also went above and beyond in helping my kids feel like rock stars while shopping for their new shoes. She took the time to engage with them in such a fun and encouraging way, complimenting them on their style choices and making them feel confident in what they were trying on. It was honestly so heartwarming to see how she talked to them like they were already rocking the latest trends, boosting their excitement and making them feel special. First of all Kenwood had my business but lost it due to unprofessional attitude and lack of knowledge about returning shoes but quick to lose customer over a shoe box and shoes only 3 days old and not worn.Never will I tell a customer to shop there.Next I go to Eastgate location and Jake the employee took care of my needs and took shoes back and gave me next size up so in short Eastgate business is smart and professional to keep a long time customer That is all I have to report but I'm telling all my friends not to support KENWOOD location nasty attitudes stay at home please
