At this time, curbside pickup isn't available at most JD Sports stores. Orders need to be picked up inside at the designated pickup counter.

I was hesitant to visit after reading reviews but had a pair of shoes that I had to exchange because it was over the 45 day return policy, it was a Christmas gift. I noticed a lot of chit chatting between associates but I was approached by 4 different people that asked if I needed help. I thought that was good. The exchange went well, no issues at all. Cashier was friendly. I didn’t like survey during transaction. That should be sent through email or on receipt. My experience was good but associates should limit personal chit chat. Just trying on shoes I heard how old an associate is and why he’s choosing to go to Columbus State vs OSU Newark!
