Managers Jayden and Bianca were absolutely wonderful. They handled themselves extremely professional and made sure that every customer was tended to without delay. I had a complicated situation and not alot of time to resolve it and they were dedicated to making sure I left satisfied. I will continue shopping at this location just because of them. I was the first non-employee customer at the grand opening of this store's brand new brick and mortar location in the shopping center located at 2200 Wheatsheaf, Philadelphia, adjacent to Walmart. The experience was nearly perfect despite a customer over hyped organizational based delay starting the day. Once the adults were again able to act as such things went pretty smoothly, if only slow. Despite having I believe 5 POS interfaces were available only 2 maybe 3 of them operated correctly, lending to longer waits. This coupled with mischarging and overcharging customer to customer on the exact same pair of shoes staff was nice enough to try and rectify these issues on the spot even if not all of us who were affected had these problems addressed. One pair of Nike shoes across four customers did somehow have four different prices leaving me scratching my head as to if I was overcharged as well as my price was not the lowest of the prices when compared to other customers. The limited entry for the grand opening (only 5 customers allowed in at a time) meant getting back in to the store was a challenge and once home a small enough issue that it was left as it was. But staff was nice, friendly, polite. Prices were decent relative competitors.
