⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had such a great experience thanks to James at the front of JD Sports. From the moment I walked in, he was super welcoming and friendly. I actually left the store to check out another place and when I came back, James was just as warm and attentive — no attitude at all. He even helped me at the cash register and made the whole process so smooth. Truly excellent customer service. Thanks again, James!

I recently visited JD at two separate locations in the same day First was at JD Pocono Premium outlet in tannersville pa Alex M. Was a great help he literally walks around his stores checking on customers to make sure they meet their needs . Later on finding out he's a manager @ this location this gentleman will go above and beyond helping others Thank u . And Secondly I visited the JD Lehigh valley mall location where I called in for a pair of sneakers and the individual on the other end held them while I drove a hour n half to pick them up . Upon arrival I met with a young lady by the name of Malaysia S.and again above and beyond for her customers while multi tasking with other customers while assisting myself in becoming a rewards member .This young lady has alot of patience very helpful and cares about her customers we also appreciate you ! Thank u 🤝
