At this time, curbside pickup isn't available at most JD Sports stores. Orders need to be picked up inside at the designated pickup counter.

My family and I traveled to Knoxville for our Black Friday shopping and upon entering what felt like our 100th store, we were met with the most polite and helpful person we had encountered the entire day. The gentleman's name, was Fred. We were specifically looking for the Black Cat 4's. We were a little unsure on the sizing and my daughter was not in a cooperative mood. Fred not only got down in the floor with her to make her more comfortable, but he was extremely patient. There were several people in and out. We watched him greet others all while making sure he continued to meet our needs. Shoes were secured, but I wanted to share his kindness and professionalism. Finish Line will certainly get our business again, thanks to Fred!
