At this time, curbside pickup isn't available at most JD Sports stores. Orders need to be picked up inside at the designated pickup counter.

I stopped by the JD Sports in Irving, just to browse and encountered phenomenal customer service from Michelle.. She was able to tell me about the 2025 Black Cat shoe that just came out and was very knowledgeable about prices and sale pricing. Although the store didn’t have the Jordan 8 aqua in my size, Michelle was able to place the order online as the cashier Mar assisted .. This was an awesome experience, with many great deals. The teamwork at the sore is unmatched *;*

I stopped by JD Sports the day after Thanksgiving, and even though the store was packed, the team was running things so smoothly. It was great to see such strong teamwork while I was doing my Christmas shopping. Neech helped me with every pair of shoes I asked for and was incredibly patient and friendly. Mar was an awesome cashier who checked me out quickly and efficiently. As I was leaving, two women at the exit gave me a warm farewell. I was able to catch one of their names—Michelle—and although I missed the other, both made me feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. Overall, this visit left a great impression. I’ll definitely be coming back to this JD Sports. Thank you for the amazing deals and the outstanding teamwork!

Great experience walking into this store. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. I signed up for a JD account and got $10 off my first purchase. Im so glad they put a JD by my home, which saves me the trip from going to the Galleria. Will most definitely be coming back soon!!
