At this time, curbside pickup isn't available at most JD Sports stores. Orders need to be picked up inside at the designated pickup counter.

I had a great overall experience at the JD Shoe Store in Katy Mills Mall. At first, I was worried they wouldn’t have the shoes I wanted—story of my life—but I was pleasantly surprised to find them in stock. Their selection was impressive, and although the team was generally helpful, one person truly stood out: a young lady named Sahara. She went above and beyond to assist me, not only helping me register an account, but also making sure I got the best deal possible. Thanks to her, I even ended up purchasing a second pair of shoes I had been looking for. If you visit, definitely ask for Sahara. You’ll be amazed by her kindness, professionalism, and customer service. If she isn’t already a manager, she absolutely should be.

My wife purchased a pair of sneakers at the 290 Outlet, but the shoes hurt her feet. So, a few days later we brought them to the Katy Mills location, in which, they were merging with Finish Line. Approached the counter and immediately we were properly greeted with a GENUINE ENTHUSIASM from 2 young ladies. They asked our request for an exchange or refund. We needed an exchange. They allowed my wife choose another pair without any confrontations or disgruntled treatment, resulting in a SUPER FRIENDLY AND PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.
