I've been going to the store for a while now and I have formed a few friendships with the employees there as they have become familiar faces. There is one person in particular who has become like family. Val, otherwise known as Lefty to me and my family has always been helpful. Everytime me and my family go into the store, it is always exciting to see that Lefty is working. She is always in a good mood and ready to help out. You can sense her good energy all around the store. Me, my wife, and kids are always excited to show up and see her working. My wife always tries on clothes and Lefty always hypes her up. She always helps her, my kids, and myself build amazing outfits. Being able to visit her during the weekend and see her familiar face is always a pleasure. My family and myself are always looking forward to seeing her.

If I could give them a rating of more than 5 stars, I would! I had an amazing experience at this shoe store thanks to Val. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly welcomed and immediately asked if I needed help finding anything specific. Val was genuinely enthusiastic and eager to assist, which made the entire experience feel personalized and enjoyable. Even though they didn’t have my size in the shoe I originally wanted, she quickly offered other options and even got my wife to purchase a pair to match! What really stood out was how attentive she was. She checked in on me consistently, even while helping other customers. At checkout, Val continued to go above and beyond. She handled the transaction smoothly and even helped my wife and me by applying the water proofer we purchased directly onto our shoes, ensuring everything was done properly. Her positive energy and dedication truly made a difference. Outstanding customer service from start to finish. This will now become our go to store.
