At this time, curbside pickup isn't available at most JD Sports stores. Orders need to be picked up inside at the designated pickup counter.

So, I’m not going to say anything too bad because I’m an avid JD’s customer. I know for a fact that I’m one, if not the top buyer at JD’s in Waco. I’ve had very good experiences! But, on this last occasion I went in due to some shoes that were hurting the tops of my feet. So I told them I just wanted to trade them in and I was going to buy a more expensive shoe and pay the difference. They seen that I had walked in the shoe, so I told them, how else would I know if the shoes felt good unless I walk in them. I had just bought the shoes the previous night, and I was honest about wearing the shoes the next day. They decided that they wouldn’t take the shoes back which was VERY disappointing due to the quantity of buys I have with them. Welp, JD’s, you may have lost one, I’d not the best customer you have in this area. I buy from Waco, and Killeen! TAKE CARE OF YOUR PEOPLE JD’s!!! KNOW YOUR PEOPLE!!!!

Had a bad customer service experience with a store associate. Manager Rhyna stepped in, addressed and corrected her employees behavior. She turned a bad shopping experience into a great one!
