The cashier Ariana was very rude, unprofessional, definitely has picks on who she provides pleasant customer service too, it very unfair. As if we made her clock in. There were 2 young men on the floor upon our arrival that literally turned, walked away after we walked in clearly not wanting to assist us basically debating right in front of us who was going to help us, laughing. No greeting or sense of welcome. 1 was A young African male ( light skin) with tinted dreads, a young Caucasian male standing with him both were very rude. We had to walk through the store to Carson to get help with picks, inquires because no one else would help. Carson was very helpful, attentive, respectful.Truth be told Carson is the absolute only reason I gave 3 stars.His customer service skills were definitely superb, appreciated if I could have tipped him I most definitely would have. There definitely should be secret shopping going on at this location.
