Yes, JD Sports offers free in-store pickup on many items. When shopping online, just choose 'Pick Up In Store' at checkout to see if your item is available at a location near you. You'll get an email when your order is ready, usually within a few hours.

At this time, curbside pickup isn't available at most JD Sports stores. Orders need to be picked up inside at the designated pickup counter.

I had a really good experience shopping at JD Sports. From the moment I walked in, Amira and Raelynn greeted me with a smile and made me feel welcome. They were very pleasant to talk with, answered my questions, and made the whole visit smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare these days to find staff that genuinely care about the customer experience, but both of them showed great professionalism and friendliness. I LOVE shopping here! Everyone is always SO nice, helpful and knowledgeable. The store is so clean and upbeat; tons of variety. I always get the time and attention I need here to find the right fit.
