At this time, curbside pickup isn't available at most JD Sports stores. Orders need to be picked up inside at the designated pickup counter.

I'ma give the dude that helped me the rating but the store lacked some men sizes shoes for different brands and didn't have much shouldn't have replaced finish line finish line had a better selection and variety of things

I am glad to know the service is always poor at this location. I was looking at clothes on the wall and as I was getting to the back of the store I heard employees say don't come further. I took this as a hint that my business was not wanted. Store has cool product, but the employees need an attitude adjustment. I'm a nice guy, otherwise the rating would be 1 star. JD, hopefully you have new help in your store that will be at the very least decent to the customer.

Shout out to the man that helped me out yesterday even though I didnt get a shoe in store I got it online. I forgot his name but he almost looked like rod wave he was in the front of store at entrance.

My mother came in to get some shoes for her grandkids, and we ended up purchasing over 20 pairs. The staff was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process! They were friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable. Despite the large order, they stayed professional, made jokes, and kept the atmosphere light and fun. Huge shoutout to all the employees who helped ring us up today—you guys killed it! Thank you for providing such excellent service!

The instore service was great. I purchased my husband a pair of shoes. They had to order my pair but said they were in stock. When they failed to send me an email confirmation, I called, and they told me my shipment was still on schedule. The next day, I received an email stating they did not have my shoes and would be issuing a refund. This was disappointing and frustrating.
