Great new location and product selection. Customer service needs improvement for this store to build a returning customer base. No greeting/ welcome, what can I help you find today, did you find everything you needed. All the basics were missed, and from the manager on duty, during a time when the store was not busy. Even more disappointing, I ordered a shoe that was unavailable, and my order was canceled. More training in these areas is necessary to achieve JD level of customer service.
