Yes, JD Sports offers free in-store pickup on many items. When shopping online, just choose 'Pick Up In Store' at checkout to see if your item is available at a location near you. You'll get an email when your order is ready, usually within a few hours.

At this time, curbside pickup isn't available at most JD Sports stores. Orders need to be picked up inside at the designated pickup counter.

Came in after work today to return some shoes hubby gifted me for Christmas and it was a breeze with my gift receipt/email look up. I ended up buying myself 2 pairs as well as my daughter. Noah was super helpful and even ordered shoes for me that were not in stock / my size in store. We will be back, big selection, reasonable prices and great customer service.
