Very strange policies. It's a first for me to initially be given a single shoe to try on. You have to request the box and the pair. There is a limit of two or three boxes as you try on. That is a first for me too. These methods sound like they are implemented to prevent theft and it makes me very uncomfortable to be treated with such caution. It was a slow day too, a Tuesday afternoon so there was not that many people. I asked another JD Sports if these methods are practiced at all their stores and they are but the staff can accommodate if it is slow. The sales associate and cashier were very patient and I get that there is little they can do in terms of company policies but I wish they had been a little more lenient or understanding as to why it is uncomfortable to shop with such limits. Just my two cents.

I stopped by this JD Sports store tonight while my wife was shopping at Hollister next door inside Northridge Fashion Center. When I walked inside, a employee greeted me right when I was looking at the Jordan on display. He asked if I had any questions or need help but I told him I was just browsing while my wife shop. They have some nice shoes selection here and clothing too. I saw a couple of Air Jordan brand throughout the store. It was not busy tonight and I think I was like 1 of 4 guest inside.
