Impressive selection with most sizes available across all brands. The one thing that I happened to be looking for was on sale, so I wound up buying some matching items as well. Lots of employees on the floor asking to help. The only downfall with that was only one open register on a Saturday afternoon. Everything else was stellar. So rather than complain, I sucked it up and waited an extra few minutes for my stuff. Will definitely return.

Hi, I absolutely adore your store but the only downside to my shopping experience is the terrible choice of music. Looking into the demographics of the area your store is located and playing music more accustomed to would increase foot traffic.=)

This store is excellent and the workers there tried really hard to find what I was looking for ! There was an older gentleman I’m sorry if I forgot his name but he grabbed us four different options so fast and was extra polite haven’t heard anyone say Yes Sir and ma’am in so long I was thoroughly impressed with the service I ended up buying three of the Four pairs that he brought out! We were visiting from the East Coast, so Jd is familiar to us. I just really appreciate the service I received.

The JD Sports store in Arden Fair Mall caught my eye when I walked by in front of the store. I like the storefront of the wide open design. It seems that the store is waving their hands to me. The store inside is not much different from other new style sports stores. It is very clean, and the shoes and clothes are nicely displayed. The salespersons in the store gave me a greeting and offered to help.

The store manager, Tina, is the real MVP! I received an incorrect item from Finish Line and was having trouble contacting the company for support. I called JD Sports in a Hail Mary attempt to fix the problem. The staff at JD Sports understood my issue and asked me to come into their store to rectify the problem. Tina stepped up in a major way, she was on hold with Finish Line for a solid 30 minutes, and simultaneously processed my problem and had the correct item shipped out via expedited post. Tina showed empathy and masterfully resolved my concern with efficiency. Above all, Tina displayed human kindness in a manner that is sometimes lacking in the realm of customer service. Thank you for the assist! I will be shopping at JD Sports in the future. Much love.
