Yes, JD Sports offers free in-store pickup on many items. When shopping online, just choose 'Pick Up In Store' at checkout to see if your item is available at a location near you. You'll get an email when your order is ready, usually within a few hours.

At this time, curbside pickup isn't available at most JD Sports stores. Orders need to be picked up inside at the designated pickup counter.

I had an amazing experience with Nat and the staff at this location. As hectic as the store was she was kind, attentive and patient with my dad. She explained the difference between the two sneakers, recommended which would be best for him and the size as well. I also bought myself a pair. The shoes did take some time but it’s understandable with how incredibly busy it was. The young man who gave me the sneakers was very nice and the cashier also was very sweet with us!! Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Will shop here again.
