Yes, JD Sports offers free in-store pickup on many items. When shopping online, just choose 'Pick Up In Store' at checkout to see if your item is available at a location near you. You'll get an email when your order is ready, usually within a few hours.

At this time, curbside pickup isn't available at most JD Sports stores. Orders need to be picked up inside at the designated pickup counter.

BEYOND AWESOME! I took my kids here for back to school shopping expecting kahos as it would be very crowded. This store was on point. We were greeted as soon as we walked into the store. I think his name was Anthony who connected us with Josh who got us what we needed with no issues. I was even showed how to use my JD app to apply points to save money. Thanks for being so helpful and we will def be back!

I went into this location to help my neice find a women size 11 shoe. After leaving other shoe stores that made her feel bad about having big feet as a women. Came into JD and the staff was amazing. Associate explained to me the conversion to men from women which expanded the options she had for shoes. Store was clean, everyone was smiling and my neice left with a pair of shoes for u under $80!!! Such an awesome store. Thanks for all the help.

Took my daughter into this location in search for some new shoes. The customer service was AMAZING. The team member (Josh) helped us figure out her shoe size, gave us several options when it came to shoe choices and offered other things we could use that we ended up buying. We even downloaded the app created a status account. This store is clean and we will def be going back. Such a GREAT shopping experience.

AWESOME STAFF AND SUPER CLEAN STORE! I went into JD looking for the Jordan 4 valentines release. I was expecting to walk into this store and get the same customer service I get at footlocker and other sneaker stores. You know, maybe someone ask me if I need help and team members on their phone. NOT AT THIS STORE! This JD Sport is the chic fil a of sneaker stores. The store was clean and organized, staff was extremely helpful with a smile and Josh was awesome. Then once I talked to Anthony (store manager) I could tell why the store was as perfect as it was. Such an awesome shopping experience they even set me up on my new status account so I can shop more on line. Beyond grateful and felt that someone needed to hear this. This is my new store!!!

This week has been extremely crazy with last minute Christmas shopping and me not knowing anything about shoes other than my husband wanted a pair of Jordan's. The staff at JD sport took the time to show me how to use the app and signed me up so I will be able to reserve my shoes in the future. The location was a win but the manager Anthony and assistant manager Lex are excellent at there jobs and have a fantastic staff working the store Gaby & Alana and others literally go out of there way to redefine customer service. My favorite shoe store by far.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! This store is the only shoe store I shop at. I been buying shoes for years and always feel like im a burden when I ask questions or that no one ever has time for me. Today I received amazing service by the staff on your store. I was greeted by Jay Howard who helped me pick out some sneakers I had been looking for. He showed me a few options and Informed me on the fit and how to wear the shoes. His supervisor Jay gave me some really good feedback as well. The shoes that I settled on and wanted wasn’t available in the store. I was disappointed for a short moment. They insured me they could order the shoes and have them sent to my house. Gabby was the cashier was very welcoming and smiled through the transaction. She was very personable and that alone was huge for me. These 3 showed amazing teamwork in my two pair shoe sale. I will be shopping with JD from here on out. Thank you for the experience
