Yes, JD Sports offers free in-store pickup on many items. When shopping online, just choose 'Pick Up In Store' at checkout to see if your item is available at a location near you. You'll get an email when your order is ready, usually within a few hours.

At this time, curbside pickup isn't available at most JD Sports stores. Orders need to be picked up inside at the designated pickup counter.

The location was a win but the manager Anthony and assistant manager Lex are excellent at there jobs and have a fantastic staff working the store Gaby & Alana and others literally go out of there way to redefine customer service. My favorite shoe store by far.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! This store is the only shoe store I shop at. I been buying shoes for years and always feel like im a burden when I ask questions or that no one ever has time for me. Thank you to Lex, Anthony and Zion for fixing the problems that customer service couldn't. Lex really went out of her way to find what I needed and I really appreciate that. Today I received amazing service by the staff on your store. I was greeted by Jay Howard who helped me pick out some sneakers I had been looking for. He showed me a few options and Informed me on the fit and how to wear the shoes. His supervisor Jay gave me some really good feedback as well. The shoes that I settled on and wanted wasn’t available in the store. I was disappointed for a short moment. They insured me they could order the shoes and have them sent to my house. Gabby was the cashier was very welcoming and smiled through the transaction. She was very personable and that alone was huge for me. These 3 showed amazing teamwork in my two pair shoe sale. I will be shopping with JD from here on out. Thank you for the experience

Came to the mall for back to school shopping today and have never been to a JD before but this was an experience. From the minute we walked in the high energy and presence the staff had caught my attention. The staff helped me find exactly what I needed and went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. My first time visiting the store and I was genuinely impressed. The manager at the door I believe his name was Anthony is very friendly, greeted me at the door asked how my day was going then asked if there was anything in particular that I was looking for. The staff were helpful throughout my visit but Id like to shout out an associate named Jakwon who went above and beyond to help my son and I with a quick pace while helping other customers.
