At this time, curbside pickup isn't available at most JD Sports stores. Orders need to be picked up inside at the designated pickup counter.

Fantastic experience at JD sports I was assisted by the manager Dory. I came in to exchange some shoes for my daughter, She gave me options during the process and was also able to assist me on purchasing some shoes for my husband‘s birthday. I kind of took long to complete this review and I do apologize to Dory, but I did want give her a huge shout out for the excellent customer service she provided that day! Management should recognize her great work ethics !

I was pleasantly pleased today when I stepped into JD. I purchased two pair of shoes. Though they were on sale, which was great, but Noah advised me that I have some points on my account that I was unaware aware of. He went above and beyond to ensure that the points were apply to my purchase. His customers service was excellent!!! I appreciate you Noah for making me feel like a valued customer!

Noah was very helpful, quick snd the store is well organized with a great selection.
