Yes, JD Sports offers free in-store pickup on many items. When shopping online, just choose 'Pick Up In Store' at checkout to see if your item is available at a location near you. You'll get an email when your order is ready, usually within a few hours.

At this time, curbside pickup isn't available at most JD Sports stores. Orders need to be picked up inside at the designated pickup counter.

Fantastic experience at JD sports I was assisted by the manager Dory. I came in to exchange some shoes for my daughter, She gave me options during the process and was also able to assist me on purchasing some shoes for my husband‘s birthday. I kind of took long to complete this review and I do apologize to Dory, but I did want give her a huge shout out for the excellent customer service she provided that day!
