The counter staff was under par however the manager Freddie made the experience well worth the wait. Freddie went above and beyond in finding the perfect shoes for my lady in a very stressful time! Great job Freddie! The other bearded manager was very helpful as well however I reluctantly missed his name. 5 stars for both of you gentlemen!
