Yes, JD Sports offers free in-store pickup on many items. When shopping online, just choose 'Pick Up In Store' at checkout to see if your item is available at a location near you. You'll get an email when your order is ready, usually within a few hours.

At this time, curbside pickup isn't available at most JD Sports stores. Orders need to be picked up inside at the designated pickup counter.

Im not gon lie I was skeptical to go to this store & even pick up my online order because of the bad reviews, I HATE A PLACE WITH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, but from the moment I walked in EVERYONE was helpful. I even decided to buy a shirt to match the Jordan's I ordered online and all 3 workers I came in contact with was very helpful & friendly. Maybe they have new staff IDK but do not go off the reviews go experience the store for yourself

Yesterday 03/26/2025, I went to the store at noon, to make a return, and the lady who was in the box, attended me very well, I do not speak English very well so she very kindly spoke to me in Spanish, and I changed the shoes without problem, the truth is very grateful because you rarely find people who speak Spanish and help you the way she did, previously I also visited the store to withdraw, and I was helped by two guys, also very nice and friendly, so a great experience to visit this location, I will continue to go to it.

Yesterday I was assisted by the Assistant Manager, JP, and he could not have been more helpful. I had a duplicate order had returned the others and need additional help with the refund. When I tell you JP & his store went above & beyond🤌🏽 to make sure my conflict was fully resolved I’m not lying. I definitely appreciate that and will be back. The people in the store are also very helpful the few times I’ve visited it will be one of my regular shoe & athleisure stores. Thank yall frfr💗

first time ever at that store . way better then the malls. Way more products and discounts and all staff was extremely friendly not one rude soul. Even has a top floor and as soon as the young lady saw me she asked if there’s was anything i needed just ask . definitely going bk today saw some air max i fell in love w . y’all keep doing yall thang staff very amazed at yall.if i could give 7 stars i would . no doubt 💯🙏🏽

The sales associates were soooo sweet and helpful! I loved my experience here, they were doing free embroidery; I attached a picture below. JD should continue adding these fun experiences it was such a fun energy with the DJ and definitely boosted the employees energy post Black Friday. 10/10 definitely recommend!!
