At this time, curbside pickup isn't available at most JD Sports stores. Orders need to be picked up inside at the designated pickup counter.

Thanks to you Gigi for your patience in helping me find shoes for my son... I would have given this place 5 stars and initially I did but when I saw my reciept I was a little stirred and not because of the extra they put in there but they didn't even ask. They automatically add $2 and again the problem isn't with the $w but the fact they didn't say a word. My fault for not looking. Other than that it was clean and the store personnel were very friendly.

I went to JD sports with no idea in mind but wanted to get some cool sneakers and gear and let’s just say I’m glad JD Sports has Jacobi (Cobi) she’s like a liaison of shoes and apparel from helping me pick out shoes for me and my sons and helping us put outfits together. Letting me know how shoes fit before purchasing to ensure that I got the correct sizes. And even offered to take measurements just the above and beyond customer service that you don’t see every day. The attention she gave to what I’m interested in and not feeling rushed or obligated I was elated and wanted to let the manager know how satisfied I was. To find out she is the manager, to be the manager and to still find time to help assist and answer questions as well as assist and help other staff. The definition of above and beyond.
