Returns Policy

In-Store Returns

In most cases, whether your purchase was made at a JD Sports store or online at jdsports.com or the JD Sports mobile app, merchandise may be returned with an original sales receipt or email containing the applicable order confirmation (collectively, “Sales Receipt”) when the items are:

unworn, in original condition;
returned with price tags still attached (if the returned item is apparel or accessories);
returned in their original box (if the returned item is footwear); and
returned within 45 days of the original purchase.

We reserve the right to determine whether merchandise without a Sales Receipt may be returned. If we determine that a return is warranted despite the lack of a Sales Receipt, the item(s) can only be exchanged or a store credit issued in the amount of the lowest price at which the item(s) was offered for sale in the 45-day period prior to the return. No refunds will be provided in these circumstances.

Does JD Sports offer curbside pickup or in-store pickup?

Yes, JD Sports offers free in-store pickup on many items. When shopping online, just choose 'Pick Up In Store' at checkout to see if your item is available at a location near you. You'll get an email when your order is ready, usually within a few hours.

At this time, curbside pickup isn't available at most JD Sports stores. Orders need to be picked up inside at the designated pickup counter.

What payment methods are accepted at JD Sports stores?

JD Sports stores accept a variety of payment options for your convenience. These include: Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

JD Sports gift cards and e-gift cards
Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other contactless payments
Cash (accepted in-store only)
Payment options may vary by location, so it's always a good idea to check with your local store before visiting.

Can I reserve shoes online for pickup at JD Sports?

You can purchase shoes online and select Free In-Store Pickup if the style and size are available at a nearby store. Once your order is placed, the store will set aside your shoes and send you an email confirmation when they're ready.

A few things to know:

Reservations aren't available without payment - you'll need to complete checkout online to hold the item.
Availability varies by store and product. If pickup isn't listed at checkout, that style isn't eligible.
Orders are usually held for a limited time, so be sure to pick them up promptly.

For the latest launches and high-demand sneakers, reservations may not be offered and purchases are first-come, first-served.

The store has amazing customer service The employees here know how to greet you, check you out and obviously just do their job well and the first two things are just common stuff every employee should have, Muhammed and Omar the store manager both are very good employees, specifically, and should be given raises because of how well they treat you when you come into the store, everything I bought was as expected good quality, definitely a come back experience, no I'm not a bot or a paid comment ts an actual real review just an fyi.

I haven’t been to JD in a long time and I decided to stop in. And then I realized why I haven’t been in because I needed some help but one of the co-workers was kind of rude so I went to ask for help from someone else and I was greeted by a lady named Rachel I believe, near the shoes. I didn’t see a pair of shoes I was looking for and she went out of her way to help me find them online and then showed me a pair I ended up loving and bought! She was very helpful and had the best smile especially for it being Black Friday I’ll definitely be returning (:
