Natalie did an excellent job attending to my sons every need today. He sprained both of his ankles last year and finding sneakers are hard. She was patient, she was kind, she was empathetic. She explained every shoe he asked about with no hesitation. Showed him which shoe would go best for his feet. She made the experience wonderful for him. He even gave her a hug before leaving. Natalie, we need more people like you on this earth! Thank you for the experience!

I was at JD a few days ago and I have to shout Nat out. She went above and beyond for my brother Paul. He had foot surgery and he couldn’t really walk around the store. She brought him everything he wanted to try on, she answered all his questions and she even placed an order for a shoe for him to be sent home. Thank you so much Nat! You’re the best!!
