Yes, JD Sports offers free in-store pickup on many items. When shopping online, just choose 'Pick Up In Store' at checkout to see if your item is available at a location near you. You'll get an email when your order is ready, usually within a few hours.

At this time, curbside pickup isn't available at most JD Sports stores. Orders need to be picked up inside at the designated pickup counter.

10/10 Customer Service. I went in 2 days ago to get a pickup order with my son but it was not ready yet. The young lady at the register said her name was Hazel helped him, She ordered his sneakers for me and filled our order. She’s always nice to me when I come in & is always smiling. 5/5 Customer Service from employees. I went today 03/4/26 and went to pick up an order cause I’m going on a trip tomorrow. The order was not yet ready and the cashier with glasses, chubby with a bun was very helpful with me. I heard someone call her haley so maybe that is her name. She went downstairs and fulfilled my sneaker order with no problem even though it was not ready. She is great I usually see her everytime I walk into JD and she is always helpful with people she even signed me up to get 10 dollars off last time. I love this store I definitely recommend ! They go above and beyond for their customers.
