If it wasn’t for the manager at this store I would have given 0 stars. I went in for a price match on shoes that I recently bought for $80 but were now on sale for $50. I asked about returning and purchasing for the new price, which I know most stores allow. A guy with locs gave instant attitude and the young lady helping me was acting super frustrated over a simple request. I also noticed that if anyone was taking longer than she’d like, she’d tell the waiting customers in an irritated tone, “I’m sorry for your wait,” as if it was on the customer and not related to their incompetence. The manager stepped in with a smile and helped and I even called the store later to have a conversation about training.
