I come to this location once a month to exchange or purchase shoes for my son .The staff is always friendly and the James is always willing to help in any way .

It is nice to shop in a store where the Manager is actually on the sales floor and supports the staff. I have shopped there twice in the last two months and the Manager James has personally assisted me in making selections. While I was making my selection of shoes (I was choosing by the look) he asked what was my purpose. I told him I was in my feet all day. My arches hurt all the time. He showed me a pair on cloud ( I believe that’s the spelling) I tried those on and wow what a feeling. I bought them and wore those out of the store. He mentioned to sign up on line for discounts. I did so. I returned yesterday to get a gift for my friend that turned me on to JD. James again was on the sales floor working with the team. He recognized me and the shoes I was wearing, the on clouds. I told him I was interested in shoes for my friend. He know if my friend and helped me select the perfect pair. I chose a North Face hoodie also and went to pay. He asked me to enter my info for rewards and I was not sure which account I had used for that. He asked me the date of my last purchase and I found it on my bank app. He searched online and found the account set up. While he was waiting on the phone for rep to give him a code, his assistant, James also, offered to take the call and have Mgr James back on the floor. He did so. I received a $20 coupon. How nice. But it’s not the $20 while I will return. I will return because the store was clean. In order, and the team works great together. I will return because I felt special and that my business was appreciated by them. I won’t wait a month before returning! Kudos to you all. Keep it up!

When I walked into JD at summit mall the place was very clean, organized, and stocked. James J. and Karlton was very helpful and they answered all my questions and concerns. Definitely coming back!!

This store has a lot of clothing compared to the one in canton . The workers were very nice although they didn’t have the size in store they were very resourceful with assisting me to order online to my house for free . Very respectful men thank you 😊
