I had a really great experience at JD Sports, especially because of the customer service I received from Solomon. I’ll admit I probably wasn’t the easiest customer to help because I was pretty particular about the shoes I wanted and wasn’t completely sure what I was looking for. Solomon was incredibly patient with me and never made me feel like I was being difficult. He took the time to listen to what I wanted, gave me honest recommendations, and actually thought through the different options instead of just trying to get me to buy something. Even when things didn’t go exactly as planned, he made the best of the situation and found a solution that worked for me. I ended up leaving completely satisfied with my shoes and really appreciated how much effort he put into making sure I had a good experience. Customer service like that genuinely makes a difference. Solomon was patient, helpful, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at a shoe store.

Friendly staff and great place for shoes. I got some socks but when I returned home, didn't find them in my bag. The guy who helped me was awesome.

My experience here was top tier….the store manager James was great very knowledgeable with aiding me on chosing a particular shoe and Karlton was the greatest as well helped with my purchase very knowledgeable a out sales and selection i will definitely return !!!! Very nice sports store. The environment is very lovely. We were greeted by smiles and friendly faces. James, Gabby and Angelique was such wonderful help with all of our needs.

This location always has what I need, and if it's not in the store, it's easily ordered. I had a few items to return because my kids grew out of the original sizes ordered. Angelique, the supervisor, was understanding, patient, and very attentive to customer needs.

JD Sports at Summit mall is worth shopping at. Karlton showed me such Awesome customer service when I was there. He was very attentive to my needs and always suggested accessories that I needed for my shoes. If there is something that is not in store he will do his best to see if he can order them online for me. James is always a breath of fresh air when you enter the store. He greats you with a smile and immediately asks if you need any help. These two are the reason why I continue to come back to JD sports to shop. JD sports is very fortunate to have these two young men as employees.

This store has a lot of clothing compared to the one in canton . Karlton and The workers were very nice although they didn’t have the size in store they were very resourceful with assisting me to order online to my house for free . Very respectful men thank you 😊

Every time I go to JD I am greeted and assisted with my many questions and expertise on their products. Being a boy mom I’m not always sure what’s hot and what’s not. Lol! There’s so much to choose from and we are frequent. Management and staff is always so professional and kind! Highly recommend!

I come to this location once a month to exchange or purchase shoes for my son .The staff is always friendly and the James is always willing to help in any way .

It is nice to shop in a store where the Manager is actually on the sales floor and supports the staff. I have shopped there twice in the last two months and the Manager James has personally assisted me in making selections. While I was making my selection of shoes (I was choosing by the look) he asked what was my purpose. I told him I was in my feet all day. My arches hurt all the time. He showed me a pair on cloud ( I believe that’s the spelling) I tried those on and wow what a feeling. I bought them and wore those out of the store. He mentioned to sign up on line for discounts. I did so. I returned yesterday to get a gift for my friend that turned me on to JD. James again was on the sales floor working with the team. He recognized me and the shoes I was wearing, the on clouds. I told him I was interested in shoes for my friend. He know if my friend and helped me select the perfect pair. I chose a North Face hoodie also and went to pay. He asked me to enter my info for rewards and I was not sure which account I had used for that. He asked me the date of my last purchase and I found it on my bank app. He searched online and found the account set up. While he was waiting on the phone for rep to give him a code, his assistant, James also, offered to take the call and have Mgr James back on the floor. He did so. I received a $20 coupon. How nice. But it’s not the $20 while I will return. I will return because the store was clean. In order, and the team works great together. I will return because I felt special and that my business was appreciated by them. I won’t wait a month before returning! Kudos to you all. Keep it up!

Nice store and prices. Clean, staff are always willing to help. But I didn’t like how one of the male manager bullied me into donating to their children’s back to school fund all because I got a discount. I said I did not want to but he insisted and it made me uncomfortable.
