Yes, JD Sports offers free in-store pickup on many items. When shopping online, just choose 'Pick Up In Store' at checkout to see if your item is available at a location near you. You'll get an email when your order is ready, usually within a few hours.

At this time, curbside pickup isn't available at most JD Sports stores. Orders need to be picked up inside at the designated pickup counter.

This was my first time in and I was very impresses. Being a business owner myself I expect a certain kind of customer service. I found a pair of shoes I loved but when they brought out my size there was only one shoe in it. I was disappointed but Brandon was on a mission to find the other one for me.
