Yes, JD Sports offers free in-store pickup on many items. When shopping online, just choose 'Pick Up In Store' at checkout to see if your item is available at a location near you. You'll get an email when your order is ready, usually within a few hours.

At this time, curbside pickup isn't available at most JD Sports stores. Orders need to be picked up inside at the designated pickup counter.

What payment methods are accepted at JD Sports stores?

Brandon the manager went above and beyond today with his serving nature, talking me into cleaning my 20 year old Nikes to look brand new. He helped my son pick out his first pair of Nike Air Jordan’s and even demonstrated how to clean them so they can stay clean as possible for an active 7 year old. Zayna also was a big help verifying that they were going to work for him. Thanks again for all the help and when I finally break down and buy myself a new pair of shoes I’ll make sure to stop and JD shoes and see Brandon!

My aunt in New York got my son Shoes for his birthday online and they were too small,so I went to JD sports in Crocker park! I believe the man’s name was Brandon as soon as we walked in he greeted us and helped us right away even checked my son’s shoe size again as well.He was a manager also he was so amazing he went above and beyond to help us thank you so much it was worth the drive out honestly!
