Does JD Sports offer curbside pickup or in-store pickup?

Yes, JD Sports offers free in-store pickup on many items. When shopping online, just choose 'Pick Up In Store' at checkout to see if your item is available at a location near you. You'll get an email when your order is ready, usually within a few hours.

At this time, curbside pickup isn't available at most JD Sports stores. Orders need to be picked up inside at the designated pickup counter.

What payment methods are accepted at JD Sports stores?

JD Sports stores accept a variety of payment options for your convenience. These include: Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

JD Sports gift cards and e-gift cards
Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other contactless payments

Can I reserve shoes online for pickup at JD Sports?

You can purchase shoes online and select Free In-Store Pickup if the style and size are available at a nearby store. Once your order is placed, the store will set aside your shoes and send you an email confirmation when they're ready.

Reservations aren't available without payment - you'll need to complete checkout online to hold the item.
Availability varies by store and product. If pickup isn't listed at checkout, that style isn't eligible.
Orders are usually held for a limited time, so be sure to pick them up promptly.

Brandon the manager went above and beyond today with his serving nature, talking me into cleaning my 20 year old Nikes to look brand new. He helped my son pick out his first pair of Nike Air Jordan’s and even demonstrated how to clean them so they can stay clean as possible for an active 7 year old. Zayna also was a big help verifying that they were going to work for him. Thanks again for all the help and when I finally break down and buy myself a new pair of shoes I’ll make sure to stop and JD shoes and see Brandon!
