I ordered 2 pairs of shoes here, women's size 7.5 but somehow they sent the wrong pair of men's Vans Knu 7.5. The online customer service is quite difficult to contact, i had to drive 30 minutes to the store to return them. The store was quite busy on the weekend, I had to wait about 15 minutes for the staff to process and check again. They will deliver the correct size to me in a few days. But the prices here are on sale off quite a lot.

Came in with low expectations due to JD's horrible reputation, but I was pleasantly surprised by the kindness and hospitality of the employees. One particular employee named Jimmy helped me and my son find a nice fitting pair of shoes that he likes. Will visit again!!!

I’ve never had a great experience in this store, but this one topped them all. The most absolutely rude and unprofessional staff. My son loves that store but they even made him uncomfortable. Highly recommend not even bothering with this location. EDIT: I’m editing to add that we had to go back in the following day to exchange a shirt for the correct size, and the Sunday day crew was great. It’s a very different atmosphere. I’m adding 2 stars to be fair.
