In-Store Returns

In most cases, whether your purchase was made at a JD Sports store or online at jdsports.com or the JD Sports mobile app, merchandise may be returned with an original sales receipt or email containing the applicable order confirmation (collectively, “Sales Receipt”) when the items are:

unworn, in original condition;
returned with price tags still attached (if the returned item is apparel or accessories);
returned in their original box (if the returned item is footwear); and
returned within 45 days of the original purchase.

We reserve the right to determine whether merchandise without a Sales Receipt may be returned. If we determine that a return is warranted despite the lack of a Sales Receipt, the item(s) can only be exchanged or a store credit issued in the amount of the lowest price at which the item(s) was offered for sale in the 45-day period prior to the return. No refunds will be provided in these circumstances.

Does JD Sports offer curbside pickup or in-store pickup?

Yes, JD Sports offers free in-store pickup on many items. When shopping online, just choose 'Pick Up In Store' at checkout to see if your item is available at a location near you. You'll get an email when your order is ready, usually within a few hours.

At this time, curbside pickup isn't available at most JD Sports stores. Orders need to be picked up inside at the designated pickup counter.

What payment methods are accepted at JD Sports stores?

JD Sports stores accept a variety of payment options for your convenience. These include: Major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

I purchased these special-edition LeBron XXIII Pale Ivory / Metallic Gold shoes on 7/31/26, complete with the fancy box 📦 and special charm. I specifically bought them to wear with a birthday outfit on 8/8/26. 👟🔥 I decided to do an unboxing video because I wanted to show everyone just how cool the packaging and presentation were for this special shoe. But as I opened the box, I was completely shocked to discover that there was only ONE shoe inside, the right shoe! 😳🤦🏾‍♂️ I was so much in disbelief that I had my wife cut the video immediately, and I called Finish Line / JD Sports Customer Service right away. The representative connected me with JD Sports Store #581 at Rio West Mall in New Mexico, where Supervisor Nakia and Manager Leah assisted me. I was told they had the missing left shoe at the store and that they would mail it to me within two days. Unfortunately, that was just the beginning of what turned into the worst experience I have ever had with Finish Line / JD Sports. Weeks went by, and I kept being told that the shoe had been shipped. However, I never received a new tracking number. I continued following up, and still nothing. 🤷🏾‍♂️ Eventually, I spoke with Brieanna, a Customer Service Representative, who told me to visit a local JD Sports, show them my email, and they would take care of me. That’s when I met Joshua, the Manager at JD Sports Store #1386 at the new Jenks Outlet Mall location, and let me tell you, this man went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me! 🙌🏾👏🏾 Joshua did everything he could to make sure I received the complete pair of shoes I originally ordered. He contacted the original store and explained how poorly my situation had been handled. He reached out to other locations trying to find me another pair, went through the hassle of tracking down the missing left shoe, and even contacted the original location again to find out what happened to the shoe they claimed they had shipped, only to discover that it had never actually been sent. 🤦🏾‍♂️ After this entire roller-coaster ride, I finally received the FULL PAIR of shoes I originally purchased on July 31st on September 2nd! 🙌🏾👟 I can honestly say that without Joshua's help, I don't believe I would have ever received the complete pair of shoes I paid for. I truly appreciate the time, effort, and dedication he put into making things right for me. 🙏🏾 JD Sports & Finish Line, PLEASE do something special for your Manager Joshua at Store #1386! 👏🏾👏🏾 He is a GREAT manager, and his willingness to go the extra mile for a customer deserves to be recognized. ⭐️ After everything I went through, Joshua completely changed my experience and reminded me what GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE is supposed to look like. 💯% Thank you, Joshua! 🙏🏾👟🔥

So this is my 1st experience @ this store! I seen some shoes online but I couldn't use my tax exempt. I decided to go into the store to get these shoes.Come to find out the shoes I wanted was an online price.. but still the ones in the store wasn't much higher. I went ahead and took them! Jason the manager hooked me up! Anyway all the staff were exceptional! And they all wanted to take care of me!! I definitely recommend this place for all your shoes that you need or even sporting apparel!. Thx guys you rock keep on keeping on!
