I recently visited JD Sports and wanted to take a moment to acknowledge three employees who truly stood out. After waiting almost two hours for assistance with shoes (two managers were unable to help me), Albert stepped in. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and prompt in helping me. Then Charisma assisted me with clothing for my daughter—she greeted me warmly, was very sweet, and quickly helped me find what I needed. At checkout, I was assisted by Mikayla, who was also incredibly sweet, knowledgeable, and efficient. Although my visit started out frustrating, these three employees completely turned the experience around. I appreciate their professionalism and the way they went above and beyond to help me when others could not.

My stepson had shoes purchased for him that were a size too small. I brought them back to JD Sports with no receipt within 48 hours to try to exchange them.
